Nieuw Ruin is thrilled to be taking part in the WA Good Food Guide’s Truffles Unearthed Dinner Series for 2023.

Delve into the abundant winter harvest of the Great Southern, with a vegetarian feast from WAGFG ‘Young Chef of the Year’ Blaze Young. Highlighting a rich array of earthy flavours, crowned with lashings of fresh black truffle to create a complex, hearty meal that promises to satisfy even the most faithful carnivores.

Accompanied by cocktails and paired wines by Nieuw Ruin’s drink specialists, Kieren Garwood and Bruno Serra, as well as a decadently truffled iteration of Nieuw Ruin’s signature Cauliflower and Pyengana Cheddar Pie, this is a dinner not to be missed!

Tickets are $120 per person and include six courses with a cocktail and paired wines.
