On Thursday 10 August, come get toasty at Nieuw Ruin as we welcome Stone & Wood Brewing Co for a wintery, woodfired celebration of dark beers.
Hosted by Stone & Wood Ambassador Caitlyn Selkirk, you’ll enjoy a four-course menu by Head Chef Blaze Young of hearty, woodfired dishes paired perfectly with lusciously dark brews.
Each Autumn, the Byron Bay brewery honours ancient techniques with the ritual of adding wood-fired stones to the kettle, creating Stone Beer, a beautifully bold porter. You’ll taste the 2023 vintage alongside previous year’s releases.
