Champagne & Burgundy Long Table Seafood Lunch with Propellis Wines

  • Nieuw Ruin 12 Norfolk Street Fremantle, WA, 6160 Australia (map)

On Saturday 11 November, join us for a long table lunch celebrating spring, seafood and seriously good vin blanc!

Hosted by Nieuw Ruin’s Wine Manager Bruno Serra with Deb and Roman Scarcella-Lewis from Propellis Wines, you’ll enjoy a luxuriously lazy four-course seafood lunch, paired with fine Champagne and white Burgundy from specially selected independent French winegrowers.

Deb and Roman visit France each year to find the most exceptional cuvées from passionate producers, sharing their wines and stories with WA through their business, Propellis Wines.

We have selected four incredible wines for the event, and Head Chef Blaze Young and Chef Stephen Chen are working closely with Fins Seafood to create a beautifully paired menu, to be released closer to the day.
